Give Yourself A Break

Sometimes the best way to relieve stress is to give yourself a break.  Go for an adventure, vacation, shopping or stay-cation with your bed. One of my favorite lessons my parents taught me was to “work hard and reward yourself after”. While one of the things I discovered as I get older was the best reward you can give yourself is something that makes you feel better after a busy day at school or work. I do believe that when you feel god inside, it reciprocates and makes you look better. So relax, chill and meditate once in awhile.
